Too Many Cooks

Grown men nearly weeping at the horror of chef-dom in Jordan - as Parisian chefs judge the fine cuisine efforts of their Arab brothers. So many rules have been broken, that in a fit of despair and frustration, no gold prizes are awarded for "chocolate creations" (all the designs exceeded the 60x60 measurements apparently) or for "canapes" (all "too big, too big!")

Even a heartwarming attempt at a dark chocolate camel, by a milk choclate sculpture of Petra, is rejected as "sheet".
