Three cheers for the Tardis car

This unnamed illegal immigrant surely deserves a medal rather than jail for scoring the UAE yet another Guinness World Record. The clever felon managed to cram 44 cases of wine and 48 slabs of beer into his car before the boys in blue (or green here) apprehended him:

"The Dubai Court of Misdemeanour has jailed an illegal Iranian immigrant for two months for having 528 bottles of alcohol and 48 packs of beer in his car.

"A police patrol spotted the 31-year-old man, identified as M., driving his car erratically on Al Ain Road. When police stopped the car, M. immediately confessed to having alcohol in it."

No wonder, given he presumably had several crates piled onto his lap and a dozen more strapped to the roofrack.

Alright .... now that I've stopped laughing ..

How on earth did he manage to stuff in all those bottles in his vehicle ?? Was he driving a bus or a car?? I bet the cops are having a wild party now. 528 bottles of alcohol and 48 packs of beer !!! how long do you think they'll keep it as evidence. Sooner or later it has to go out.

I wonder what the conversation must have been between the cops and "M"

Cop: Stop!!. licence and registeration please. Do you know why we stopped you? Your car is a menace on the streets

M : I confess.. I confess.. My car is drunk !!!

Cop : ...!!!!!

I am told vehicles that drive down from Saudi to Bahrain have 2 petrol tanks.

Once in Bahrain, one petrol tank is topped up and the liquid is certainly not petrol!!
