Indigestible wealth
Imagine rolling up a US hundred-dollar bill and shoving it in into a plastic capsule, then swallowing it. Now repeat this fifty times.
We can only hope that this is what poor Abdulla Abdul Khader attempted on his way to Dubai, because if he had drawn out single dollar bills, he must have had a stomach like an ox:
"He swallowed US $5,000 but found it tough to digest them. Abdulla Abdul Khader was detained by the Air Intelligence Unit (AIU) of customs at Sahar airport five days ago on suspicion that he was carrying foreign currency. He was then admitted to the JJ hospital when it was found he had swallowed the contraband concealed in small capsules."
Thank god he didn't try smuggling it out in Turkish lira.

I once found myself having to smuggle $5000 out of Ukraine. I took the novel approach of putting it in my back pocket and casually sauntering through customs.
Well, they certainly werent all $100 bills (159 capsules..). Coming to think of it, Tim's approach seems to be the most effective.. and might even come out as 'huh? I didn't know this was illegal, completely forgot about this thing here!'.. as opposed to someone who went through the elaborate process of swallowing plastic capsules with bills in them. Wow.
Could be a winner, where else can you keep all that Turkish Lira.
Sorry, I just have an image of throwing up thousands of Lira on the back seat of an Instanbul taxi after a heavy night on the town.

I hate it when they question you and specifically ask, "how much do you have with you, RIGHT NOW", and I am thinking....hmmm do you mean the amount in my bra? in my purse? jeans pocket no.1? jeans pocket no.2? jeans pocket 3? sock 1? sock 2? ....then i whisper feebly, "$500 I thinnnnnnnk".
Always made it so far.
i dont know why do govts make such simple things crime? Why cant India have free imports and exports and exchange of currency? They will kill a whole crime industry by doing that.
they donot hav a bank?
