Post two women's mobile numbers on the internet with a fake personal ad - AED30,500.
Press your four-year-old child's hand onto a red-hot oven top and beat up your wife in fit of drunken rage - AED2,000.
UAE justice system - priceless.

The logic behind these punishments bewilders me. I would like to see some sort of precedent set that sets the precedent on what should be the penalty. Else, it could make a comedy to add to the various guises showing on TV these days. We could call the show - Ali Al-Makhbeal.
Oh come on SD, you know all about wasta, it's the UAE's currency
THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.
And as long as this contunies, the UAE will be classed as part of the 3rd World.

Has this been farked yet?
And of course the man who burnt his son's hand was fined for that act, but not for punching the child in the face or for beating his wife senseless in a state of stupor.
I wonder why charges for those acts were not brought against him. Was the judge blind, deaf and dumb?
Disgusting!
