Remember the heroic RAK women who won the 2005 Anti-Perve prize in the Malls & Souqs division? This year Algeria looks set to clinch the title in the Beach & Parks category, after its feisty team took a grinning pervert to task at Al Mamzar:

depends on the shape and quality of the buttocks. Some buttocks are simply iresisistable - the temperature begins to rise just thinking about them!
Other factors to consider wether the buttocks were oiled, tanned and possibly gleaming in the Dubai sunshine.
The taughtness of the buttocks can drive some crazy.

My Wife had her bottom grabbed at Wild Wadi Water Park by 1 of 3 UAE Teen Arabs, She was with my relatives at the time.
She screamed and managed to get the attention of one of my relatives who managed to stop 1 of them as they were running away.
She called security but because my wife is Asian and they were apparantly VIP sheikhs sons, security refused to call the police and because she did not know out of the 3 which one had done it, all she got after 30 minutes of complaining was an belated apology from the 3 youths.
Apparently Etisalat is helping UAE men get some exercise by blocking certain sights (or is it sites?) -
