Wow ! I used to live in riyadh, there the muttawah (religious police) were faced with 2 shops next to each other, 1 displaying lingerie that made me blush and a toy shop displaying barbie dolls .... guess which shop the muttawah objected to ? .... yup those barbie dolls are false idols and are not to be displayed in shop windows, but hey those crotchless panties and peep hole bras are exactly what the girls in riyadh need :-)
A decent way to display lingerie is to replace the female mannequins with male mannequins and dress them up in saucy G strings, topless.
You take a dummy with a crotchless panty
Throw in a peep hole bra for good measure
Have another dummy on its knees in front of said panties....

Althogh I have seen one loser standing outside the Triumph shop in City center drooling at the displays.. and ogling the women walking into the shop.. Desperate sod.

There are very fashionable Russian, Filipino, and Lebanese women walking around all over the mall in nearly see-through white pants, dresses, and skirts --- and someone's getting upset about a mannequin display?
For goodness sake - there must be more important crimes to catch.

The best way to display knickers is on the owners by lifting the skirts. Anything other than that is indecent.
Seems it's not only a concern in Dubai, Expats working in Saudi lingerie shops are being frowned at also.
maybe knickers should be put outside, like Superman, geez.. i wonder if Superfriends are in UAE.
Naughty Knickers, private parts are still covered up, not always easy when religious people decide and change there minds!!
