Last Tango in Bur Dubai
Lovely story about two Indian men fined after police caught them drunk and dancing in the street.
"At one point, they were doing the tango as they crossed a road in the Khubisi district of Dubai, according to police records."
Far sadder is the plight of animals at Dubai's increasingly overcrowded civic zoo. Most of the animals there are donated or rescued animals. Big cats are regularly confiscated by Customs, or found abused and emaciated in private palace gardens. With Dubai Zoo now resembling more of a refugee camp than a holiday resort, hopefully zoo officials will ask Sharjah to to house some of the inmates at its expansive wildlife park.

I think it is a good idea to punish bad behaviours
